Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Income Auditor
Hours: Full Time
Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Performs daily audit of revenue and payments and ensure that accounting records are correct and complete. To present hotel leaders with reliable management reports on a daily basis. Qualifications: Cash-handling experience preferred, Advanced excel and Microsoft work skills. Hospitality experience, accounting courses or equivalent experience preferred.
Banquets
Banquet Set-Up Manager (FT)
Hours: Varied shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd), Varied days
Pay rate: Depending on experience
Qualifications: Previous Set-Up experience required. Will be responsible for managing and directing set-up crew during set-up, service and clean-up of various banquet functions. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Must have ability to plan and stay focused in a fast-paced, changing environment. Requires involvement in physical activity such as pulling and balancing as well as ability to lift, push and carry objects up t0 100 pounds.
Engineering
Guest Room Care Engineer (2)
Hours: varied
Pay rate: $11.00 per hour
Qualifications: Must have preventative maintenance experience (painting, limited plumbing, limited electrical, carpentry etc.). Some heating/AC as well as other mechanical experience is helpful. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and also work well without direct supervision at all times. Requires a smiling face and hospitable attitude.

Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager has the complete responsibility for the overall operation of the Front Desk, Bell Desk and Guest Services. The Guest Services Manager sets the example of the high standards expected from the entire staff and must solve complex problems relating to guest complaints or demands efficiently, tactfully and with respect to Property policy. The Guest Services Manager should possess strong communication, organization and supervisory skills.
Night Auditor - FT (1)
Hours: 3rd shift, Thurs. Fri. Sat.
Pay rate: 11.50 per hour
The Night Auditor must run the computer programs that close out each day's work and prepare the Hotel for a smooth transition into the new day's business.

Under the general supervision of the Human Resource Director the Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the developing and implementing a staffing strategy to attract, select and retain associates to meet the company’s needs and business requirements. Will set-up and attend various job fairs. Must be able to understand Word Excel and be well organized. Must maintain positive and polite attitude with strong communication skills.
HOUSEKEEPING
Assistant Director of Housekeeping

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Ensures that housekeeping staff is well trained and supervised. Responsible for drive West Paces philosophy and quality for Ocean Place Resort & Spa.

The Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for the service of employee dining room and attending to kitchen uniform. Must be able to lift 30 pounds and speak correct English.
